Offering a free inspection is our gift to you. As a layperson, it can be very difficult to discern whether or not you have foundation issues. Perhaps you notice that your floor has become bouncy. You may have detected some minor cracks around the window frame. Nonetheless, you can’t be sure if these symptoms are attributable to a faulty foundation. That is why we offer a complimentary inspection complete with soil and moisture assessments. The foundation inspector will compare indoor and outdoor moisture levels. Internal temperature variations are quantified and recordings of any cracks in the floors, ceiling and walls will be included in the assessment. We will be on the lookout for any yard flooding and water accumulation near the foundation. The inspector will do her due diligence and investigate the structural capacity.
